Job Mission: Strategically lead and execute corporate-level talent attraction and selection processes, ensuring the hiring of high-impact profiles that contribute to achieving business objectives while maintaining quality standards, efficiency, and cultural alignment. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes for various positions. * Act as a business partner, providing advisory support on role profiling, organizational structures, labor market insights, and hiring decisions. * Design and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with workforce planning and organizational needs. * Lead advanced sourcing and headhunting processes for critical and highly specialized profiles. * Conduct competency-based, potential, and cultural fit interviews, ensuring objective and consistent evaluations. * Coordinate and facilitate interviews with stakeholders. * Analyze and present shortlists with market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring risk assessments. * Lead the management of complex job offers and negotiations with senior candidates. * Ensure candidate experience aligns with corporate standards and Employer Branding principles. * Define, monitor, and optimize recruitment KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, SLA). * Manage and optimize the use of the ATS and corporate recruitment tools. * Collaborate on cross-functional Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Diversity \& Inclusion initiatives. * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Master’s degree in HR is desirable. * Minimum of **5 to 8 years** of experience in recruitment, preferably within large-scale or multinational companies. * Solid recruitment experience. * Proficiency in competency-based interviews, assessment centers, and evaluation methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, corporate ATS systems, and reporting tools. * Ability to interact effectively with managerial and executive stakeholders. * Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance (desirable). * Advanced English (desirable/required depending on corporate context).
