Now, we’re looking for a **Data Analyst** specialized in supporting revenue-generating teams (Sales and Marketing), with strong business orientation and the ability to turn data into strategic decisions. You will be the bridge between data and the New Business, Existing Business, and Marketing teams — ensuring reliable reporting, CRM data quality, and actionable insights to drive growth. **Requirements:** --------------- **What You’ll Do:** * Lead, manage, and prioritize end-to-end data analysis projects — from problem definition to results presentation and recommendations — ensuring every initiative aligns with Sales’ and Marketing’s strategic objectives. * Build and automate Sales and Marketing reporting to enable timely, well-informed decision-making across teams, guaranteeing reliability, freshness, and actionability of information. * Monitor Go-to-Market (GTM) and Business Plan (BP) execution, identifying gaps against targets, quantifying strategic assumptions, and delivering actionable recommendations. * Validate and ensure data quality and integrity — especially within the CRM (HubSpot) — by monitoring inconsistencies that could compromise operational and analytical workflows, and proactively identifying and resolving issues affecting commercial data reliability. * Analyze performance across marketing strategy areas — organic and paid acquisition, lead generation and nurturing, events, and activations — identifying opportunities to optimize investment and improve ROI per lever. * Independently model and transform data in BigQuery and LookML, ensuring availability, traceability, and usability of sales and marketing data across the analytics stack. * Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Looker, prioritizing visual storytelling and narrative tailored to diverse stakeholder profiles. * Document data analysis processes, methodologies, hypotheses, and findings clearly and reusably — ensuring transparency and reproducibility of every analytical initiative. **What We’re Looking For** * A university degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines — or in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, etc. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as a Data Analyst for Sales (New Business / Existing Business) and/or Marketing teams, with deep understanding of their processes, KPIs, and business dynamics. * Experience with CRMs — especially HubSpot — and familiarity with the sales cycle and associated data.
