Product Development and Implementation Manager

**We are seeking a Product Development and Implementation Manager to join the IT Department**, leading the rollout of new technological products, coordinating strategic projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations governing the private gaming sector. The selected candidate will possess a hybrid profile, combining technical knowledge, project management experience, and strong communication skills to bridge Operations, Development, Suppliers, and regulatory bodies—transforming business needs into solutions aligned with the company’s objectives. ### **Responsibilities** **Project and Implementation Management:** * Lead and coordinate the deployment of the Jackpot system across 200 venues. * Plan milestones, monitor timelines and budgets. * Coordinate field teams and suppliers to resolve post\-installation incidents. **Demand Management:** * Act as an **intermediate Product Owner**: receive requests from Operations, analyze them, prioritize them, and communicate them to the development team. * Manage the demand lifecycle: from requirements gathering through to final validation. **Certifications and Regulatory Compliance:** * Serve as the direct point of contact with the General Directorates of Gaming of the various Autonomous Communities (CCAA). * Ensure all products comply with current technical regulations prior to production deployment. * Manage technical documentation required by testing laboratories and regulatory bodies. **Strategic Liaison:** * Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units. * Manage expectations, communicate incidents or delays, and foster smooth collaboration among all stakeholders. ### **Requirements** * Experience in project management and team coordination. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar methodologies. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalents. * Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience in the private gaming sector and familiarity with regulatory frameworks will be highly valued. ### **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a leading technology company within an international group * Initial training on proprietary applications and systems * Hybrid work model with flexible working hours * Intensive work schedule in July and August * Positive and supportive work environment * Opportunities for growth in support, development, and emerging technologies
