Infrastructure and Vulnerability Coordinator

**What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to lead end-to-end vulnerability management, ensuring effective identification, risk-based prioritization, and remediation to reduce technical risk. You will act as the liaison between Cybersecurity strategy and Infrastructure and Platform technical teams, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives. Additionally: You will lead end-to-end vulnerability management, ensuring identification, risk-based prioritization, remediation, validation, and closure—with full traceability, clearly defined responsibilities, and SLA compliance. You will coordinate and drive a continuous, controlled patching model, collaborating with Platform and Application teams to plan interventions, minimize operational risks, and ensure sustained vulnerability reduction. You will define and maintain hardening and compliance standards across various platforms, promoting automation of secure configurations and exception management based on risk criteria. You will manage technological obsolescence through control of end-of-support assets, definition of renewal and migration plans, and tracking of residual risk for reporting to leadership. You will drive automation and continuous process improvement by incorporating AI capabilities, generating executive metrics and reports, and coordinating relationships among Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Business units to ensure effective technical risk management. **What do you need?** Education: Experience: At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure and operations management within complex environments (on-premises, cloud, containers). Languages: English proficiency at least at B2 level. Other skills and knowledge: Direct experience in large-scale patching and remediation (hundreds/thousands of assets), cross-functional coordination of technical teams and vendors. **What do we offer?** Hybrid work model with flexibility depending on project and business needs.
