What are we looking for? We seek Solution Architect / Tech Lead profiles in OutSystems to join a new international delivery center, based in the Netherlands, serving a top-tier strategic client. The role requires strong technical capability and leadership experience, as the candidate will be responsible for architecture definition, technical supervision of development efforts, and direct client coordination — all within a demanding international environment with a strong architectural focus. Since communication and interviews will be conducted directly with the Netherlands team, a high level of English (C1 or equivalent) is mandatory.
