On-site or remote application support The Universidad San Pablo CEU Foundation is seeking a User Support Technician to cover a temporary absence: We offer: * Full-time schedule * Temporary contract Education: * University degree or vocational training related to IT Responsibilities: * Provide internal user support (telephone or in-person) for resolving incidents related to applications, equipment, and classrooms * Monitor open and closed incidents to deliver optimal service in the shortest possible time * Perform on-site or remote application support, including error analysis and detection, as well as communication of incidents to other relevant departments, to ensure timely and proper resolution Experience: * Familiarity with IT incidents and ticketing tools used to track incident status and resolution * Technical ability to investigate, resolve, and prevent future incidents that may disrupt normal IT service delivery, including connectivity, applications, and equipment * Minimum 2 years of experience in positions with similar functions and responsibilities Competencies: * Service-oriented mindset * Results-driven orientation * Critical and solution-oriented thinking with strategic vision * Teamwork
