To achieve this, **we need you!** We are looking for a **Solutions Architect specialized in AI, Data, and event-driven processing** to join the **Glintt Next** team, where you will design solutions for one of our **banking sector clients**, in a modern, demanding, and highly regulated environment. **What will your day-to-day look like at Glintt Next?** As a **Solutions Architect (AI, Data & Event-Driven)**, your daily work will focus on designing robust and scalable architectures for data platforms, advanced analytics, and Artificial Intelligence solutions within a highly regulated banking environment. Your responsibilities will include: * Designing data-, analytics-, AI-, and batch/streaming-oriented architectures, applying best practices and reference frameworks (TOGAF/BIAN). * Defining and governing **REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures (EDA)**, ensuring their integration with the client’s various systems. * Designing architectures for **Machine Learning and GenAI models**, including MLOps pipelines, batch/streaming deployments, and consumption via APIs or events. * Ensuring **model monitoring**, drift detection, and application of **explainability (XAI)** practices and regulatory compliance. * Producing required technical documentation and diagrams (**UML / Archimate**) in accordance with corporate standards. * Evaluating technological components and proposing alternatives to drive platform evolution. * Participating in technical committees and design reviews, collaborating with development, security, infrastructure, and business teams. **Who are we looking for?** * Prior experience as a **Solutions Architect**, Software Architect, or senior developer evolved into architecture. * Experience with **AWS/Azure**, containers (**Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift**), and CI/CD (**Jenkins, Bitbucket**). * Solid knowledge of **Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse (Snowflake)**. * Experience with **Kafka or other event platforms**, batch/streaming pipelines, and data governance (data lineage, cataloging, GDPR/LOPD). * Familiarity with observability (**Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch**). * Knowledge of **AI/ML, MLOps, GenAI (RAG, embeddings, vector DBs)**, and explainable models (**XAI**) will be highly valued. * Analytical, collaborative individual with strong technical communication skills and adaptability. **Nice-to-have** * Archimate, Data Mesh, NoSQL databases, Airflow, Denodo, Iceberg. * Advanced NLP, multimodality, fine-tuning (LoRA), Feature Stores. * Hybrid/edge AI, Bizzdesign, and Project/Service Management knowledge. **What will you find at Glintt Next?** * Fixed salary + bonus * Exceptional work environment * Career development plan tailored to your competencies * Flexible compensation card * Private health insurance * 23 vacation days * 100% remote work Do you consider yourself the ideal candidate for this role?
