Opportunity for career planning and professional development Apave is looking to incorporate a **Fire Protection Maintenance Technician** into our Madrid office. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Reporting directly to the Maintenance Division Manager, your activities will be based on: * Annual/quarterly preventive and/or corrective maintenance of Fire Protection Systems (FPS) * Identification of new client needs (new contracts/expansions for FPS installations) * Diagnosis and resolution of incidents **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.** Other engineering degrees may be accepted if accompanied by mechanical field experience. * Knowledge of Fire Protection Systems (FPS) regulations is desirable. * Technical experience in **fire protection systems**, conventional and analog fire detection, pressure groups, fire extinguishing systems, fire extinguishers and valves is desirable. * Proficiency in inspection tools and management software. * Valid driver's license (for on-site inspections); personal vehicle is desirable. **We offer:** * Stable position (Permanent contract: probation period + indefinite term) * Full-time work / Flexible hours * Internal training * Competitive salary based on qualifications and/or prior experience * Career planning / Professional development opportunities * Mileage reimbursement / Company vehicle **Join our growing team** We are seeking committed individuals who want to contribute to an expanding project and become part of our company, bringing their strengths to help us pursue new corporate horizons.
