At our new Digital Factory in Madrid, near Madrid Barajas Airport, in San Fernando de Henares. **MISSIONS**: * Price control and entry, IPC updates, airport fees, etc. * Invoice review, payment timeliness control and monitoring. * Extraction of data from airline and rail company systems and coordination of such information with the internal database. * Commercial/purchasing back-office support. Active collaboration with commercial and central teams to ensure service quality for our customers. * Coordination with the commercial team to verify correct information entered into the system. * Communication and transmission of our customers’ needs to the team, acting as the main point of contact and liaison. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**: * Advanced English level (required daily) * Advanced Excel skills (required daily) * Familiarity with database usage * Highly detail-oriented and rigorous with data **ABOUT NEWREST**: Newrest’s values are humility, simplicity, efficiency, and sense of responsibility.
