Job Summary: BIGZON is seeking a Cisco Network Technician to manage network infrastructure, DDI, F5, and ensure regulatory compliance within a multinational pharmaceutical company. Key Highlights: 1. Harmonize technical documentation and standardization processes. 28/11/2025 Hybrid, Madrid Up to €38,000 At BIGZON, we are selecting a Cisco Network Technician (M/F/X) to collaborate with the Systems Department of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Service request management. Management of network infrastructure, DDI, F5. Software and firmware installation/upgrades. Deployment of new infrastructure. Device replacement. Decommissioning. Mass configuration changes. Coordination with vendors and installers. Periodic review and updates of documentation. Harmonization of technical documentation (standardization of documentation strategies across all network technologies). Lifecycle management and regulatory compliance (monitoring vendor versions and patches, end-of-service and end-of-life announcements, impact and risk assessment, and maintenance and updating of compatibility). Standardization process (testing new components/systems, performing validation tests, updating documentation, implementing new standards, and ensuring smooth transition). **REQUIREMENTS:** Cisco CCNP-level networking expertise. Experience and knowledge of Cisco switching, routing, and Wi-Fi. Installation of network devices. Software and firmware upgrades. Advanced English (B2–C1). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) F5 CCNP ServiceNow Arista **WORK MODALITY:** Hybrid.
