**Objective**

Fútbol Más is seeking an organized, solution-oriented individual with strong planning skills to provide cross-functional support to the management team, ensuring the organization operates effectively by facilitating interdepartmental coordination, project monitoring, and execution of administrative and operational processes.
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
* Provide cross-functional support to the management team and regional coordinations.
* Support administrative management and monitoring of projects.
* Manage and organize institutional documentation, grants, and agreements.
* Collaborate in identifying, analyzing, and drafting funding calls.
* Support HR and finance administrative processes.
* Coordinate logistics and operational support tasks for the organization.
* Prepare documentation for audits, justifications, and reports.
* Manage databases and digital tracking tools.
* Support review of agreements, contracts, and other institutional documentation.
* Collaborate in improving internal processes and management tools.
* Support monitoring of commercial proposals and partnerships.
* Collaborate with the Administration, Human Resources, Communications and Marketing, Partnerships and Fundraising, and Operations departments.
* Participate in coordination meetings and other tasks related to Fútbol Más España’s activities.
**Profile:**
**Required:**
* University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Law, Public Administration and Management, or related fields.
* Minimum English proficiency level B2.
* High competence in using computer and management tools (Microsoft 365, Excel, document management systems, CRM, and project management tools).
* Certificate confirming no convictions for sexual offenses.
**Preferred:**
* Master’s degree or postgraduate training related to organizational management, project management, or administration.
* Experience in grant management, public tenders, or funding calls.
* Knowledge of institutional communication or marketing.
* Experience in process improvement and internal organization.
* Training or experience in social topics (childhood, gender, interculturality, human rights, sport for development, etc.).
* Professional references.
