We are looking for **a Collective Catering Cook** to join one of our centers at a school in **Sort**. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times.

* **Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.**
* **Working hours: 8:00 to 16:00**
* Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement.

**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare meals, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices.
* Develop menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
* Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping.
* Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.
* Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.

* Preferred qualification in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in the hospitality, collective catering, restaurant, or related sectors.
* Preference given to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Problem-solving ability and strong communication skills.
* Teamwork orientation.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
