We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team in Lleida. * **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Install, configure, and maintain equipment such as PCs, printers, routers, and more. * Manage local networks and operating systems (Windows, Active Directory). * Provide first- and second-level technical support, both on-site and remotely, helping resolve user queries and issues. * Visit our centers and offices for inspections, diagnostics, and repairs when necessary. * Monitor systems and resolve incidents. **What are we looking for in you?** * At least two years of experience in a similar role. * Vocational Training qualification (CFGM or CFGS) in Computer Systems and Networks Administration or related studies. * Knowledge of Apple School Manager or JAMF is a plus. * Valid Spanish driving license (Class B). * Availability for frequent travel to Barcelona and Tarragona. **What do we offer you?** Permanent contract.
