PHYSIOTHERAPIST (M/F)

Description

Residència Sant Roc offers an employment contract to a physiotherapist to join the centre's interdisciplinary team. • Conduct the initial physiotherapy assessment upon admission. • Identify problems, establish objectives, and define the physiotherapy treatment plan in preventive, maintenance, and therapeutic aspects. • Inform and involve the service user, their family members or reference person regarding the objectives to be achieved, taking into account their capacities and needs related to human body functionality. • Apply appropriate physiotherapy treatments and techniques, individually or in groups. • Periodically review the functional status of service users, evaluate the achievement of objectives and applied treatments, and record\-this in the corresponding protocol. • Prepare physiotherapy reports as requested, in accordance with professional practice and technical expertise. • Record attendance for each person attended. • Assess and propose the need for technical aids (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers), and advise on their use in coordination with other team members. • Assess, design, fabricate, adapt, and monitor orthoses in coordination with the occupational therapist, where applicable. • Develop individualized and community-based environmental adaptation guidelines for each person, in collaboration with other team members. • Collaborate with other professionals to maximize comfort for the person during the terminal phase using physiotherapy-specific techniques. • Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations concerning service users. • Design, implement, and evaluate the annual program of sociocultural, educational, occupational, and leisure activities in line with the centre's overall objectives * Minimum 1 month of experience. Experience working with older adults. Gait retraining. * Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Vehicle availability: car * Driving license: category A * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time schedule (37 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary: 1800
