Therefore, we seek committed professionals with sensitivity and vocation who share our values and wish to grow within an environment of continuous training and interdisciplinary collaboration. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a well-established, non-profit foundation. * A professional and approachable team that places the individual at the center. * Spaces for professional development and fulfillment. **Centers Where We Are Hiring:** * Ginesta I and II Center: Torrefarrera * La Inmaculada Center: Alcoletge * El Pilar Center: Vencillón **Main Responsibilities:** * Performing personal hygiene tasks. * Assisting residents with meals. * Supporting dressing and personal clothing care. * Administering and supervising daily medication. * Assisting with mobility within the facility. * User mobilization and postural changes. * Promoting habits that enhance personal autonomy. * Facilitating adapted leisure and recreational activities. * Monitoring and implementing behavioral guidelines. * Assessing and documenting residents’ daily status and progress. **Educational Requirements:** * Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Nursing Auxiliary Technician qualification. * Technician in Care for Dependent Persons or equivalent Socio-Healthcare qualification. * Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Social Integration. **Interpersonal Skills and Competencies:** * Empathy and sensitivity. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Adaptability and flexibility. * Proactive attitude. * Confidentiality and respect for privacy. * Ability to manage diverse situations. **Contract Conditions:** * Full-time position with rotating shifts. * Temporary contract (with potential for continuity). * Remuneration: According to collective agreement. **Additional Requirements:** * Driving license: B\-1\.
