Machine adjustment and calibration We are seeking a professional to operate and supervise production lines in a company dedicated to fruit processing. Responsibilities include operating specialized machinery for fruit processing—such as crushers and juice extractors—ensuring optimal performance and maintenance. Quality control will be rigorously conducted at every stage of the process to guarantee that products meet the highest standards of hygiene, flavor, and texture. Machine adjustments and calibrations will also be carried out according to product specifications and production requirements. Preparation of reports and production monitoring is required, recording relevant data for performance analysis. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with morning shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 14:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum six months of experience in the food industry. * We seek a team-oriented individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Spanish. * Completed secondary education.
