We are looking for a Systems Analyst/Programmer to join our Information Systems and ICT team, playing a key role in developing and evolving technology solutions and projects aligned with the organization’s strategy, gathering and implementing requirements from internal and external users. **What will be your challenge?** * Develop, maintain, and evolve information systems applications, ensuring their availability and adaptation to regulatory and organizational requirements. * Develop and integrate applications, ensuring interoperability with corporate and external systems. * Analyze needs and define functional and technical requirements, including corresponding documentation and validation. * Provide technical support and coordinate with external vendors. * Execute projects from the Systems Plan and contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement of clinical and management processes. **Stack and Technologies:** * .NET (Framework and/or .NET) * C\# and/or VB.NET * SQL databases * Azure DevOps / GitHub **Also:** * REST APIs, web applications, and modern architectures * Containers (Docker, Kubernetes) * Integrations in healthcare environments (HL7, FHIR, etc.) **Requirements:** ----------------- * Degree in Technical Engineering or Computer Science * Experience with .NET (Net Framework and/or Net), C\# and/or VB.NET * Experience in development using SQL-type databases * Experience in version control and repository management (Azure DevOps/GitHub) **We especially value:** * Entity Framework, LINQ * .NET MAUI (cross-platform) * Development of REST APIs and web applications * Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and management of applications developed in scalable environments * DDD (Domain-Driven Design) architecture * Knowledge of NoSQL databases and queue-based programming * InterSystems IRIS environments * Familiarity with the healthcare sector and interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR, OpenEHR...) **What do we offer?** * Stable employment contract * Full-time work \+ hybrid working mode * Compensation according to the SISCAT collective agreement (adjusted to experience) * Projects with direct impact on the healthcare sector * A constantly evolving technological environment * Continuous training and professional growth **Why this project?** Here, your work has a direct impact on healthcare delivery and people's lives.
