You will be an essential figure at the final stage of the purchasing process, guaranteeing fast, friendly, and efficient service while contributing to the supermarket’s positive image and profitability. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Greeting customers at the checkout in a friendly manner, addressing questions about products, prices, or promotions. * Scanning and accurately registering items, calculating the total purchase amount. * Processing payments via various methods (cash, card, etc.) and providing correct change. * Managing and balancing the cash register at the start and end of each shift, following established procedures. * Keeping the checkout area stocked (bags, receipt paper, etc.) and replenishing impulse-buy products. * Monitoring expiry dates and ensuring proper product rotation. * Maintaining a clean, tidy, and disinfected workstation throughout your shift. * Collaborating with the checkout, bakery, and supermarket teams to ensure smooth and coordinated service. * Identifying potential fraud or theft situations and applying preventive measures. * Restocking products as needed, removing damaged items, and organizing shelves. * Complying with all security, customer service, and cash-handling policies. * Performing any other tasks required due to operational needs. **What we offer:** * **Contract type:** Replacement contract * **Working hours:** Full-time * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive days off per week * **Annual gross salary:** €20,600 to €21,600 paid in 14 installments, prorated according to hours worked. * **Benefits package:** Private healthcare mutual (comprehensive, with no waiting period, subject to Grup Blasi’s established eligibility requirements), flexible compensation, daily buffet at a reduced price, open-house days, and much more! * **Other:** Professional training and growth opportunities. **Let the adventure begin!** *“We highly value diversity and foster an inclusive and respectful environment.”* **To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Customer service experience * Availability to work Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts, with two days off per week
