Summary: Timestamp is seeking an AP FI Coordinator / IT Change Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple SAP initiatives, implementations, and Change Request streams. Highlights: 1. Strong background in SAP FI or broader SAP functional areas At Timestamp, we are looking for an AP FI Coordinator / IT Change Manager to oversee multiple SAP initiatives, including ongoing implementations and Change Request streams, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate multiple SAP implementations and Change Request (CR) streams simultaneously. * Manage and track IT Service Provider (ITSP) Change Requests across different projects. * Act as the central point of contact between Business, Developers, SAP Basis, and external vendors. * Ensure clear communication, alignment, and prioritization across all stakeholders. * Oversee timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones. * Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies. * Support governance processes and ensure compliance with internal standards. **Key Requirements:** * Strong background in SAP FI or broader SAP functional areas. * Proven experience in coordination, project management, or delivery oversight roles. * Experience managing multiple parallel CRs and implementation activities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in complex, cross\-functional environments. **Nice to Have:** * Experience with JTI environments (preferred to accelerate onboarding). * Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or hybrid delivery models. * Previous exposure to global SAP programs or rollouts.
