Intress is seeking **Educators and Social Integrators** to join our **SUBSTITUTE POOL**, which covers regular substitute assignments, but may also offer opportunities to apply for permanent positions. This position is to provide services at the *SPE Vela*, located in **Altafulla** (Tarragona). The **Emergency Protection Service (SPE)** is a temporary residential service providing comprehensive care to unaccompanied migrant minors arriving in the territory, ensuring coverage of basic needs such as accommodation, maintenance, and health care. **Responsibilities:** * **Assess the personal, family, and social situation** of children, adolescents, or young people in order to develop an individual educational intervention plan. * **Provide accompaniment within the community and support** in carrying out administrative procedures, community support, and/or training, with the aim of developing social skills and improving family relationships. * **Review the Individualized Educational Plan** of minors and/or families to monitor their proper development. * **Intervene through meaningful relationships** with children, adolescents, or young people, thereby contributing to their harmonious, stable, and restorative growth. * **Participate in assemblies** to gather proposals regarding the functioning of the Centre and the needs of children and young people, enabling appropriate responses and dialogue. * **Accompany families** in daily life activities that facilitate children’s development, attending to aspects such as nutrition, hygiene, rest, and stimulation/play. * **Deliver informational sessions on Family Foster Care** to individuals who request them. ***What do we offer?*** * **Start date:** As required—potentially immediate. * **End date:** According to the duration of the substitution. * **Monthly gross remuneration for 38 weekly hours:** **Social Educator:** €1,857.69 **Qualified staff:** €1,650.02 * **Working hours:** As required. * Possibility of continuation if permanent positions become available. * **You will be part of a socially engaged organization committed to integrating individuals in situations of vulnerability.** ***What do we expect from you?*** **Required academic qualifications:** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Social Integration * University degree in Social Education or final-year enrollment in the Bachelor’s Degree program. * Other social education qualifications **Required professional experience:** * Experience in a similar setting. * Experience in social resources serving the target population groups. **Other desirable attributes:** * Work with families. * Group dynamics and organization. * Conflict management. * Community-based intervention. * Socio-educational and psychosocial intervention methodology. * Internet, social media, and audiovisual media. * **A criminal record certificate confirming absence of sexual offences is mandatory.** *Intress commits—through its Human Resources Management Policy and commitments adopted under its Third Equality Plan (Axis 2)—to managing external recruitment and internal promotion processes with a firm commitment to equal opportunities between women and men, both within Intress and among collaborating entities, thereby ensuring equality and incorporating a gender perspective into all selection processes.*
