Main responsibilities * Preparation and cooking of dishes. * Organization and setup of the kitchen. * Control of raw materials and food storage. * Following recipes, quantities, and presentations. * Cleaning and maintenance of the workstation. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Coordination with the rest of the kitchen team. * Support in order and inventory control.
