Our goal is to provide training aligned with professional reality, enabling students to complete their curricular internships at companies and organizations matching their field of study—thus contributing to their professional development and future entry into the labor market. **Who We Are Looking For** We seek to hire an **External Internship Technician** to join the University’s Internship Department. We want an organized individual with strong communication skills and a student-oriented mindset, capable of managing relationships with partner companies and supporting students throughout their curricular internship process. **Essential Requirements** * Native-level Spanish proficiency. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.). * Negotiation and customer orientation skills. * Empathy and service orientation toward students and partners. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle incidents. **Responsibilities** * Respond to and advise students via email and telephone. * Manage the curricular internship process and resolve associated incidents. * Prospect companies and entities interested in collaborating with the University. * Manage collaboration agreements with companies and public bodies. * Negotiate collaboration terms with external entities. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with partner companies. * Coordinate with faculty to ensure proper internship implementation. * Monitor agreements and partner entities. * Manage departmental email and telephone support. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customer service or student support. * Experience in commercial functions or business development (B2B). * Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management. * Academic background in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, Public Relations, or related fields. * English language proficiency. **What UTAMED Offers** * Permanent contract. * Salary: up to €22,000 gross per year, depending on experience and value added. * On-site work mode with one day of telework per week. * Full-time schedule (09:00–18:00, with flexible start time). * Shortened Fridays. * Intensive working hours for two months per year. * Continuous training and professional development. * A growing project within the education sector. * Gym access and parking space.
