Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class skilled bricklayer to carry out new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation works, including wall erection, mortar preparation, and structural repair. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in erecting walls using various materials. 2. Skills in preparing and applying mortars, cement, and plaster. 3. Proficiency in repairing and maintaining existing structures. A first-class skilled bricklayer is required for new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation projects in Málaga. Tasks will include erecting walls and partitions using various materials such as brick, concrete block, thermal clay block, or plasterboard. The role also involves preparing and applying mortars, cement, and plaster, as well as performing roughcast, rendering, and plastering. The position also covers repairing and maintaining existing structures, cutting chases for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations, and interpreting construction drawings with basic on-site layout. It further includes installing door frames, load-bearing elements, and simple structural components, as well as performing basic waterproofing. A 20-hour Occupational Health and Safety Training Course for the Construction Sector is required. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours according to the Construction Collective Agreement. The monthly salary is €1,688, plus two annual extra payments of €2,188 gross each.
