**JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Professional level: TEAM LEADERS, SKILLED WORKERS AND APPRENTICES Tasks: EXECUTION OF ASSEMBLY OF METAL STRUCTURES AND THEIR JOINTS WITH APPROVED WELDING OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS IN WORKSHOP AND ON SITE. **CANDIDATE PROFILE:** **SPECIFIC TRAINING REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:** * Vocational training in welding. * Certification in welding with solid wire and basic electrode. * Regulated vocational training in the sector will be valued. **MANDATORY OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING CERTIFIED BY METAL AND/OR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY FOUNDATIONS:** * 20 Hr. Metal structures (TPC Installations, repairs, assemblies, metal structures, locksmithing and metal carpentry.) * 6 Hr. Occupational Health and Safety in Lifting Equipment. * 8 Hr. Operation of Elevating Work Platforms (PEMPs). * 8 Hr. Occupational Health and Safety for forklift operators. * 8 Hr. Training in working at heights. * 60 Hr Basic Level in Occupational Health and Safety (Preventive Resource) **ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:** Depending on the responsibility of the position and professional level required * Minimum 2 years of experience as welder/assembler in workshop and on site. * Ability to work in a team, with initiative and responsibility. * Knowledge of reading blueprints for assembling metal structures. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** Driver's license: Type B Geographic availability.
