




Job Summary: Globalia Handling is seeking an Accounting Administrator to support the Administration and Collections Management department in monthly closings and expense analysis. Manage accounting accounts in SAP and collect customer balances. **Description:** ---------------- **Globalia Handling** is a ground handling services provider with over 20 years of experience, operating at 12 national airports where we provide ground assistance to leading global airlines. We are currently seeking an Accounting Administrator to join our Administration and Collections Management team, based at our headquarters in Llucmajor. In accordance with guidelines set by the Head of Accounting, your primary mission will be to support the department by performing the following duties: * Prepare monthly closings. * Analyze expense variances to monitor revenues and costs. * Manage accounting accounts in SAP. * Collect customer balances. **Requirements:** --------------- * Academic qualification related to the position (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, and/or Higher Vocational Training in Administrative Accounting). * **Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role**. * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. * **Intermediate-to-advanced level of English**. * SAP system knowledge is highly desirable. * A disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% is considered an asset.
