We are currently experiencing strong growth and seeking to hire a Wind Maintenance Team Leader to coordinate maintenance operations at wind farms located in Zamora and Salamanca. What will your responsibilities be? * Coordinate tasks and assign daily work to each technician to ensure smooth execution of activities and timely completion of work. * Verify that tasks and reports (work orders) are correctly performed and completed. * Manage warehouse operations. * Report information to the regional manager and/or support the regional manager in preparing reports. * NOTE: These responsibilities are indicative and referential, not exhaustive or limiting; additional duties may be assigned within the professional group. Requirements What we are looking for: * Prior experience in the wind energy sector. * Experience in team management and coordination of technical personnel. * Knowledge of electrical and electromechanical systems. * Experience in managing tools and equipment. * Proficiency with computer equipment (laptop, office software). * Valid EU driving license (Category B). * Availability to attend the Benavente office as required. We will positively consider: * Prior experience in electrical maintenance. * Education in electrical, mechanical, or IT fields. * Fieldwork experience. * Completion of a 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) course. * Valid GWO certification.
