We are looking for people like you. **Let's Go!** ### **Your responsibilities** As a sales manager, you lead and organize the sales area, ensuring an excellent customer experience in the store. Your tasks include: * Lead and train your team, ensuring high operational sales performance by continuously integrating omnichannel strategy * Organize and plan the sales team in the most efficient way possible to meet customer needs. * Create a great customer experience related to the product and/or service. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal product availability. * Follow established procedures to guarantee optimal business development. * Coordinate the implementation of various marketing campaigns and commercial actions. ### **Your profile** * Education (ideally in retail commerce) * Professional experience (in retail) as well as experience leading sales teams. * Knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry * You are customer and service oriented. * You have strong leadership skills. * You have experience with social media. * You have strong analytical and communication skills and are proactive. ### **What we offer** * Continuous training * Celebrations on special occasions * Discounts at local gyms * Discounts on our products * Media Flex, flexible compensation program * Company car ### **About us** **Do you want to be part of the future of retail?
