At GMF Railway Maintenance Services, part of the COMSA Group, we are a company specialized in the maintenance of railway rolling stock, manufacturing and distribution of spare parts, and the design of new equipment. With over 50 years of experience, the organization provides comprehensive services combining efficiency and quality criteria with optimal safety conditions, using state-of-the-art facilities and competitive costs. Currently, we are looking to hire a Mechanical Technician with high mobility across the peninsula: What you will do: * Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on railway equipment according to customer plans, meeting deadlines and quality standards. * Optimize the use of appropriate tools, materials, and techniques for each task. * Estimate, select, and manage materials to repair or replace defective components. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) and railway regulations by using protective equipment and applying received training. * Inspect, measure, and record results to ensure effective and high-quality work. * Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to correctly carry out tasks. Requirements: * Intermediate vocational training in industrial mechatronics, electromechanics, or similar fields. * More than 4 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance, preferably in the railway sector. * Ability to independently troubleshoot failures. * Knowledge of technical symbols and ability to interpret technical diagrams. * Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics is highly valued. * High national mobility. * Driving license is essential.
