REQUIREMENTS: * Registered at the SOC Employment Office as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO). * Young person under 30 years of age. * Registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register as a beneficiary. * Hold a university Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Sociology, or Political and Public Administration Sciences, obtained within the last 3 years (or 5 years in case of disability). * Data Management and Cleansing. * Support the organization, cleansing, and analysis of available data, aiming to generate actionable knowledge for decision-making and for improving the projects we implement. * Development and Monitoring of Dashboards. * Collaborate in building and updating dashboards (Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators, both operational and impact-related. * Participate in applying impact evaluation methodologies, contributing an analytical and strategic perspective, and integrating knowledge of public policies and social care models. * Analysis and Impact Assessment of Social Policies. * Contribute to the organization’s strategic narrative and policy advocacy through data analysis and interpretation, helping build evidence-based narratives (data storytelling). * Document management for evaluation processes. * Build evidence-based narratives. * Support the systematization of evaluation processes and the preparation of synthesis materials, reports, and internal and external documentation. * Identify opportunities for social advocacy. * Help identify new opportunities to better leverage existing data and innovate in its use, aligned with the mission of transforming public policies for vulnerable groups. * Bachelor’s degree – Economics * Bachelor’s degree – Sociology * Bachelor’s degree – Political and Public Administration Sciences * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1681 * Additional relevant information: * Training contract for professional practice, lasting 12 months * Full-time position * Working hours: 08:00–15:00, plus one afternoon (Monday to Friday) * Gross monthly salary: 1,681.05 € * Work modality: On-site
