**Job Offer:** Winery Assistant (Internship \- Harvest Campaign) **Location:** Winery in the D.O. Toro area (Zamora). **Duration:** Approximately 2.5 months (2026 Harvest Campaign). **Contract Type:** Dual training contract or curricular/extracurricular internship agreement. **Main Responsibilities:** **Reception Control:** Recording grape intake data and weighing. **Enological Treatments:** Assisting in the preparation of yeasts, nutrients, and additives. **Winemaking Operations:** Supporting racking, pump-overs, temperature monitoring, and cleaning of facilities (tanks, presses, hoppers). **Analytical Control:** Sample collection and basic laboratory support if required. **Offered:** **Salary:** According to the collective agreement for the Zamora wine sector. Integration into a professional technical team during the winery's most critical and dynamic period of the year. Student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Oenology, Agricultural Engineering, or a Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Viticulture and Enology.
