Job Summary: Telefónica Global Technology is seeking a Salesforce E-commerce Specialist Consultant with both functional and technical expertise to participate in design, development, and evolution projects. Telefónica Global Technology (TGT) is a subsidiary of the Telefónica Group providing Information Systems services, Development, Implementation, Evolution, Maintenance, Integration, and Consulting services for specialized systems—including SAP, Appian, Salesforce, BMC, Celonis, and Workplace applications, among others. In other words, TGT manages Telefónica’s Global Applications, supporting all legal entities within the Telefónica Group, as well as delivering these same services to the external B2B market. The projects undertaken are highly diverse but share one common indicator: the ultimate objective is to serve as a trusted high-level advisor to our clients and deliver significant impact through the projects we undertake. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce E-commerce Specialist Consultant, possessing both functional and technical expertise. The candidate will join new projects involving both internal Telefónica Group clients and external clients, or alternatively join teams responsible for evolutionary work on existing implementations; where they will have the opportunity to participate in various design and development activities (configuration, development, testing, and deployment). **Academic Qualifications and Technical Knowledge:** University degree at undergraduate or higher level—Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent. Technical knowledge: * Business process configuration expertise within E-commerce: sites, catalogs, promotions, pricing, inventory, shipping, taxes, payments. * Customized B2C flow expertise: cartridges, pipelines/OCAPI hooks, jobs, and scheduling. * In-depth knowledge of SFRA and headless development. * Experience integrating using SCAPI and OCAPI. * Experience developing integrations between E-commerce and external systems. * Experience building customized sites featuring different product types within the same catalog. * Deep understanding of Salesforce’s OMS module functionality and its various objects. * High proficiency in English.
