At Alannia Neptuno (Pals), we are looking for a **Head Chef** responsible for leading the culinary team, ensuring gastronomic quality, workflow organization, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct and coordinate the kitchen team. * Develop and supervise menus and dish presentation. * Control costs, recipes (standardized portion sheets), and orders to suppliers. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Organize staff shifts, schedules, and vacations. * Collaborate with the dining room and management to enhance the customer experience. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Head Chef. * Culinary or hospitality training. * Knowledge of team management and cost control. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Flexible availability. **We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Salary commensurate with experience. * A solid project with opportunities for professional development.
