The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising industrial machinery. Responsibilities will include ensuring proper machine operation, performing feeding tasks, adjusting parameters, and carrying out quality control checks to guarantee that products meet established standards. The candidate will also participate in material and product loading and unloading, ensuring efficiency and safety at all stages. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued. A minimum of two years of experience in similar industrial environments is required, along with vocational training at the intermediate level (FP or CFGM) or compulsory secondary education. Availability to work rotating shifts—including mornings, afternoons, and nights—is mandatory. This is a temporary position with potential for continuation, offering a stable work environment to develop skills in the industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and committed to assigned tasks. It is important that they understand the significance of quality in production and are willing to contribute to the team's success. This role involves direct participation in the production line, ensuring process continuity and efficiency. Two years of prior experience in similar positions is required.
