Personnel Management: Employee onboarding and offboarding, employee data updates, contract drafting, and expiration date tracking. Payroll Management: Salary slip preparation, IRPF calculation, social security contributions, and settlements. Incident Management: Processing temporary disabilities (IT), medical leaves, and contract suspensions. Relations with Government Agencies: Procedures with the General Treasury of the Social Security. * Minimum 2 years of relevant labor experience, as well as the ability to perform duties autonomously, with initiative and responsibility in management. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position
