Your role will be pivotal in partnering with the Business Partner, the Hotel Manager, and operational teams, directly contributing to the business’s profitability, efficiency, and sustainability. **What Will You Do?** --------------------------- Within the **Operations** area, your main responsibilities will include: * **Ensuring compliance** with the company-defined Administration and Cashiering policies and procedures at the hotel. * **Proactively identifying and communicating needs and improvement opportunities** to the Business Partner. * **Analyzing financial and operational data**, supporting the Business Partner in advising the Hotel Manager and hotel teams. * **Managing and escalating incidents** related to administration and cashiering services, ensuring their proper resolution. * **Coordinating with the Operations Center**, ensuring execution aligned with corporate standards. * **Participating in opening projects, operational changes, or disaffiliation processes**, providing financial and administrative support as required. **What Are We Looking For?** ------------------ We seek individuals with financial acumen, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for adding value within a dynamic hotel environment. Preferred candidates will have: * A university degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Accounting**, or related fields. * Prior experience of **at least 2 years** in financial control, administration, or business controlling roles (preferably in the hospitality sector, though not mandatory). * Knowledge of **budgeting, financial analysis, and accounting regulations**. * Proficiency with tools such as **SAP, PMS, and Microsoft Office Suite**. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Strong communication skills, teamwork capability, and critical thinking.
