MISSION: Act as the primary technical-commercial contact for clients, leading project execution from inception to final delivery, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the process. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and monitor assigned projects, from order receipt to final mold validation - Prepare technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with the commercial and technical departments - Serve as the main point of contact for technical clients, managing their needs and expectations - Coordinate client requirements with internal quality and production departments - Participate in acquiring and developing new clients, especially in international markets - Track commercial opportunities within an advanced technical environment.
