**Junior Pharmacy Technician (Barcelona)**

**WHAT DO WE OFFER?**
We are looking for recently graduated candidates (Vocational Training Certificate or university degree) in Pharmacy or Chemistry who wish to begin gaining professional experience. You will join the Regulatory Affairs Department of a leading chemical products distribution company undergoing continuous growth.
Temporary contract through the company **(Maternity leave coverage). Extension may be considered based on performance.**
* €24,000.
* Partial subsidy for the corporate cafeteria service (daily menu price: €2.55).
* 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Friday: 8:25 AM \+ 45-minute lunch break; Fridays feature an intensive morning shift from 6:40 AM with flexible entry and exit times (starting between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM).
* Remote work policy: up to 8 working days per month, with a maximum of 2 days per week (effective from the 3rd month).
**MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Your primary mission will be to carry out administrative and technical (support) tasks within the department, performing the following functions:
* Request documentation from suppliers.
* Maintain updated databases (folders and Excel files).
* Create a documentation database in SharePoint.
* Perform all tasks in compliance with GDP for procedures related to the pharmacy division.
* Manage and track incidents/non-conformities.
* Prepare and review technical documentation (customer questionnaires, registration dossiers, product and supplier qualification, technical instructions, labels, etc.).
**WHAT DO WE NEED?**
An organized, systematic, and well-organized individual who brings:
* Educational background: Vocational Training Certificate and/or university degree in Pharmacy and/or Chemistry.
* Proficiency in Office 365, especially intermediate-level Excel.
* English level B2 – spoken and written comprehension.
* Experience using SAP and SharePoint is desirable.
