Main Responsibilities * Design, plan, and implement socioeducational intervention activities. * Develop and monitor stimulation and activation programs. * Promote resident participation and social integration. * Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. * Collaborate in developing and monitoring individualized care plans. Schedule **Monday to Friday** **10:00–14:54** **15:06–19:00** **Full-time position.** Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Social Education. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Initiative, empathy, and strong communication skills.
