




**Self-employment** is a foundation that helps people develop professionally and pursue their vocation through creating or purchasing a business and/or working as employees. Our motto is "I am what I want to be". We are looking for a prospector to join our delegation in Lleida. Their main mission will be **capturing companies and establishing alliances** and collaborations to promote the labor market integration of individuals participating in our programs, as well as the **sale of customized services** for companies. Their role will involve knowing and analyzing the **labor market** in the region in order to detect employment opportunities, sector trends, companies' hiring needs, training or guidance requirements, etc. Their **main responsibilities** will be: * Prospecting and acquiring **new collaborating companies** in the province of Lleida. * Presenting and marketing the **foundation's services** to companies and organizations. * **Client retention** and monitoring of the company portfolio. * **Coordination** with Training and/or Guidance teams to ensure proper matching of professional profiles presented. * Managing **internship processes** and labor integration of individuals participating in the foundation's programs. * Managing **information and documentation** related to prospecting activities using the organization's procedures and digital tools. Support for the delegation's **Training** team by monitoring students and various training actions * **Education**: A minimum university degree is required. * **Experience**: Experience in sales, business prospecting, client acquisition, or business development will be valued, as well as knowledge of the business landscape in the province of Lleida. * **Mobility**: Having a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is essential. **Competencies:** * **Personal skills:** Excellent commercial, communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Clear orientation toward achieving results.
