Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support service tasks, document management, product and installation control, and occupational risk prevention protocol monitoring. Monitoring of occupational risk prevention protocols Company located in Igualada seeks 1 Building Maintenance Technician to work at its facilities in Els Prats de Rei. Contract type: INDEFINITE LABOR CONTRACT Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00 Salary: €1436.26 gross per month (14 payments) BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: Provide support for assigned service tasks; be responsible for document management of procedures; monitor occupational risk prevention protocols; control products and ensure their proper application; oversee installations and tools under one's responsibility; assume delegated command if auxiliary staff are assigned; comply with on-call duties and emergencies within one's scope. * MIDDLE-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION (FP) * Competencies / knowledge: Proven experience in trades will be valued. * Driving license: B * Indefinite labor contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1436
