A company located in Balaguer needs to hire an IT assistant technician on a temporary contract. Full-time position. Working hours: 07:30 to 15:00 \- Providing telephone support and receiving user inquiries and IT incidents. \- First-level technical support for staff of the Comarcal Council and municipal councils. \- Installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices. \- Installation and configuration of operating systems and corporate software. \- Assistance in incident management and tracking of user requests. \- Support in commissioning new equipment and replacing existing equipment. * Vocational training qualification (FP) at intermediate level \- Information Technology * Competencies / knowledge: \- Knowledge of Windows environments and office applications. \- Basic knowledge of hardware and software installation and configuration. \- Ability to assist users and resolve incidents. \- Class B driving license, due to the need for travel between work centers and town halls. * Vehicle availability: car * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1857
