




The responsibilities you will carry out are the following: Support the interdisciplinary team in the reception and integration of new users, collaborating in the adaptation of the individualized care plan. Carry out interventions planned by the interdisciplinary team aimed at covering daily living activities. Collaborate in the planning, organization, and execution of preventive, occupational, and recreational activities. Maintain personal hygiene of the users. Clean the first-aid kit and its contents, as well as other healthcare or assistance-related materials. Provide and administer food to residents, facilitating intake in cases where it is required. Perform posture changes and other auxiliary services entrusted according to your technical training. Assist the resident in preparation for transfers, providing accompaniment, supervision, and support. Collaborate with healthcare staff in medication administration. Work under the nurse's supervision to care for residents with colostomies or catheters, as well as in administering food via syringe. Support and stimulate communication among users, promoting their daily functioning and social interaction. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in integrating users' families into the center's daily life. Report any health-related incidents concerning the users. Observe and record in the incident log any detected behavioral and/or physical changes. Candidates must hold the required qualification or authorization, and/or the necessary experience to perform these duties as regulated by current legislation.
