Our client is an established construction company specializing in building construction and renovation projects. **What Are We Looking For?** A candidate with a solid technical background and a clear vocation for construction work. Extensive experience is not mandatory, but the following are required: * Degree in Technical Architecture / Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering. * Outstanding academic record (excellent grades). * Genuine interest in on-site construction execution and daily presence at construction sites. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. * Profile with potential to assume Site Manager responsibilities in the future. **Responsibilities** Reporting to the Site Manager, the candidate will participate in: * Supporting planning, organization, and monitoring of construction projects. * Execution control, measurements, and certifications. * On-site work supervision. * Cost control and support in comparative analysis. * Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. * Support in quality control and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
