




- WORK LOCATION: Riopar (Albacete). **- PREFERRED: DISABILITY CERTIFICATE OF 33% OR HIGHER.** - TASKS: Assist at the opening and closing ceremonies of training activities. - Attend meetings and training sessions. - Maintain communication with the insurance policy company. - Plan classroom occupancy. - Prepare, set up and maintain logistics for projects, classrooms and workshops. - Recruit and select participants. - Identify teaching staff and inform the labour department of hiring arrangements. - Manage and monitor participants. - Act as the liaison between students and teaching staff. - Complete and oversee documentation according to the training project. - Seek and secure corporate agreements (if applicable). - Forecast and request materials from the responsible person. - Carry out project promotion/advertising. - Manage applications: FOCO. - Draft final project reports (if applicable). - Attend inspections by supervisory bodies. - Other duties arising from the nature of the projects. - EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION: Yes, prior work experience with persons with disabilities will be valued. - REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Intermediate or higher vocational qualification in administrative tasks. - OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Class B driving licence and own vehicle. Advanced level in Microsoft Office suite. - WORK SCHEDULE: 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00 hours. - SALARY AND CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary contract due to production circumstances (6 months). Salary: €1,060 gross per month in 12 payments.
