We are looking for a sales assistant in Tàrrega, Lleida, who is passionate about customer interaction and eager to join the retail sector. Main responsibilities will include advising customers to help them find suitable products, restocking merchandise on shelves, and maintaining shop order and cleanliness. You will also handle cash register operations—including processing payments—and maintain a friendly demeanor, as well as assist with inventory tasks and occasional deliveries if required. The ability to resolve incidents and improve service quality is highly valued. A valid driving license (category B) is required for possible deliveries, and availability to work split shifts is necessary. Prior customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a positive team-oriented attitude are desirable. A temporary employment contract is offered, with potential for long-term stability.
