Job Summary: We are seeking a social educator to carry out pedagogical intervention, participate in the development of Intervention Plans, and monitor their implementation at a center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Pedagogical and educational intervention with center users. 2. Participation in the development of Intervention Plans. 3. Implementation and monitoring of Intervention Plans. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and/or professional qualification. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies specific to the setting. Ability to model behavior for minors by serving as a behavioral example. Preference will be given to candidates of the underrepresented gender. Must possess a certificate confirming absence of sexual offense convictions. High motivation for educational work with minors. Strong learning capacity. Persuasive and influential. **Desired Qualifications:** ------------------------ Experience in educational settings is valued. Perseverance and tenacity. Enthusiastic, committed, and other-oriented. **Job Responsibilities:** ---------------------- The person appointed as social educator will perform the following duties and responsibilities: * Conduct pedagogical and educational intervention with center users. * Participate, together with the Technical Team and under the supervision of Management, in the assessment and development of each user’s or group’s Intervention Plan. * Implement the Intervention Plan within the center’s educational project and monitor its execution. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Indefinite-term contract **Work Schedule:** ------------ * Full-time **Working Hours:** -------------------- 38 weekly hours.
