It is currently seeking to incorporate, FOR ITS VALLS OFFICE, a **TECHNICAL OFFICE MANAGER, R\+D\+I** We seek a professional whose primary initial responsibilities will be: \- Manage and plan the Technical Office Department as efficiently as possible. \- Coordinate the team of designers while actively collaborating in design tasks. \- Lead and coordinate activities related to the analysis, development, and evaluation of new products, as well as the improvement and updating of existing ones. \- Contribute new ideas to ensure product innovation. \- Comprehensive technical management of projects. \- Generation of technical documentation and specifications. \- Support and coordination of assembly (quality, control, and execution efficiency). \- Study of technical innovations, taking responsibility for maintaining and developing an appropriate technological standard to identify new business opportunities. \- Support other departments within the company. **PROFILE** \- Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) or similar qualification. \- Experience in tasks similar to those described. \- Experience in companies implementing customized high-value-added equipment projects, or in companies engaged in the design and manufacturing of mechanisms, machinery, technical components, etc., will be valued. \- Experience in team and project management. \- AutoCAD and SolidWorks \- Advanced English proficiency.
