Efficient resource management and regulatory compliance We are seeking a shift supervisor for a food industry company located in Quart. Main responsibilities include organizing and supervising manufacturing operations during the assigned shift, as well as leading and coordinating the team of supervisors. Efficient management of available resources is also required to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs. Additionally, the candidate must ensure compliance with the production schedule and current regulations regarding safety, health, and environmental standards, and propose continuous improvements. Industrial testing monitoring and other duties inherent to the position will be carried out. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and statutory rest periods. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
