We are seeking a candidate with **solid experience managing technology projects** and engaging with public-sector clients, who can assume a strategic role in coordinating key projects and driving business development. The role entails responsibility for both project execution coordination and identification of new opportunities, representing the company before clients, and aligning deliverables with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the execution of strategic projects with a focus on outcomes, timelines, and quality. * Direct engagement with public-sector clients. * Identify and activate new opportunities within existing accounts, supported by the proposals team. * Support Project Management and Technical Management in planning and monitoring complex projects. * Oversee coordination among multidisciplinary teams (consulting, development, systems). * Monitor risks, deviations, and critical dependencies; escalate as necessary. * Participate in steering committees, client meetings, and project closure or transition activities. * Drive improvements in processes, methodologies, and management tools. * Support prioritization of the project portfolio and resource allocation. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** **Education:** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. * Additional certification in project management (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is highly desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing technology projects, preferably with public-sector clients. * Prior experience in client–vendor liaison or key account management. * Experience managing technical teams and/or suppliers in multi-project environments. **Technical Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of system architectures, software solutions, and on-site deployments. * Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.). * Familiarity with public procurement procedures and participation in tenders (desirable). **Languages:** * Catalan and Spanish: advanced level. * English: professional-level reading and writing proficiency (minimum B2).
