The selected candidate will join the studies department, participating in the preparation and analysis of tenders, as well as technical and economic studies for building and civil engineering projects. ? Main Responsibilities * Study and analysis of projects and technical specifications. * Preparation of budgets and quantity take-offs. * Requesting and analyzing supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Technical and economic comparisons. * Support in drafting construction reports. * Collaboration with technical and production departments. Requirements * Prior experience as a Studies Technician in construction. * A degree officially recognized in Spain is mandatory. Technical qualification (e.g., Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar) * Knowledge of construction processes for buildings and/or civil engineering works. * Proficiency in measurement and budgeting tools. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Native proficiency in Catalan. * Residence in or willingness to work in Lleida.
